In case you haven’t heard yet, the Temple of Compassion is offering a new series of wonderful Weekend Workshops on a variety of intriguing topics requested by kriyavans and taught by kriyavans.
We launched these new programs in January with “Mahamudra from a Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective” instructed by Barbara Biro, LAc. It was a smashing success.
In February Leah Jones, Certified Ayuvedic Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, conducted an information rich, fun-filled workshop on Ayurveda.
In the coming months we will host many enriching Weekend Workshops on various topics including Indian cooking, more Ayurveda, more Traditional Chinese medicine, healing and self discovery through guided journaling, yoga asanas, Divine Mother and meditative painting, and more as we hear from you. What are you interested in learning? What are you able to teach?
Come join us for these inspiring Weekend Workshop of exploration, meditation, and fellowship.

After attending the last two weekend workshops, “Mahamudra Chinese Traditional Medicine Perspective” with Barbara Biro and “Ayurveda” with Leah Jones blended in with the Ashram schedule of meditation and seva, I have to try to figure out how to get the word out that we have such wonderful talent in our midst who are so dedicated to teaching their knowledge. The companionship of like-minded students is sublime and I return home having such a sense of belonging and loaded with knowledge. We are so blessed, I encourage all kriyavans to come to try it out, we have so many wonderful programs up ahead!!
