Come spend the weekend learning how we can balance our tiny Microcosms with the Vast Macrocosm of the Universe. Enjoy a weekend of Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and good company and reset, rebalance and rejuvenate!
In this second weekend series dive deeper into the Dosas- Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Begin to learn and understand your unique Mind, Body, Spirit Constitution through deep self-inquiry and deeper understanding of how the elements of Vata, Pitta and Kapha manifest physically and mentally in you. We will continue to learn about balancing these elements through diet, daily routine, Yoga Asana, and Marma point therapies.
Ayurveda teaches us how to live in harmony. An ancient health and lifestyle philosophy, Ayurveda provides simple and profound practices that are more relevant today, more than ever, in this electronic age where it is so easy to feel out of harmony.
Come learn with us…
-
All about the elements and Dosas, and how they manifest within us and all around us.
-
How the food we eat, the environment, the times of day, and the seasons all affect our body, mind, and spirit
-
How we can keep these elements in balance for greater health, and overall well-being.
-
Learn specific yoga asanas to support you and your health
-
Learn about marma point therapy
