Daily Practice classes meet you where you are on your Yoga journey. Emphasis is placed on getting in touch with how energy can open and balance your body, alleviating discomfort and weakness. You will leave class feeling stronger, more flexible, centered and energized. This class has a moderate pace and offers modifications. Experience the ever-new spontaneity of Hatha Yoga.

Easy Does It is a slightly more gentle class geared toward students 40 and older, although suitable for all levels. Use this practice to get in touch with your body/mind connection and ease into balance, strength, and flexibility. On Wednesday mornings, Marydale incorporates a simple chair as a complex yoga prop, providing both support and resistance to deepen your practice in an easy way.
